WhatsApp, the popular messaging app, is coming to WearOS this summer. That means you'll be able to use WhatsApp from your Android-powered smartwatch.
The announcement was made Wednesday during the 2023 Google I/O presentation.
You'll be able to do a number of key tasks in WhatsApp from your watch, including starting new conversations, take calls, or send voice messages.

This is likely a welcome addition for lots of WearOS users. The app for WearOS marks the first time time WhatsApp has come to a watch platform — meaning that, at least for now, it appears iPhone users could be behind.
